Established in 2017, DLCM emerged out of a pursuit to inspire, support and empower Indigenous and socially diverse people, communities and enterprises have the most prosperous life they can.

With a desire for actions to speak louder than words, DLCM supports Indigenous and socially diverse Individuals, communities and businesses; to increase their social, civil and economic participation; and strengthen their ability to participate.

We achieve this by providing access pathways to employment, entrepreneurship opportunities, health services, education services and to participating in the community.

DLCM works with Government, not-for profit and corporate sectors to develop meaningful social inclusion strategies, within their Corporate Social Responsibility and Reconciliation Action Plan goals, and sustainable economic participation opportunities within their organisation across both procurement and employment.
