Services
Electrical & Instrumentation Our professional E&I team combines industry skills, innovation and practical experience to safely deliver your project. We provide comprehensive turnkey electrical, instrumentation and automation solutions. As a licensed electrical contractor, our highly trained and experienced team includes electricians, instrumentation technicians and an engineering team. Our team delivers concepts, designs through to complete plant, switchboards, onsite installation, commissioning and instrument calibration. Persons responsible for the design or installation of equipment that is to be deployed in a Hazardous Area have undertaken applicable hazardous training to verify their competency.
Fabrication Clients benefit from our fabrication operations that deliver quality with full trace and NDT documentation. We specialize in the manufacture of pressure pipe spools, pressure vessels and structural steel work. Our facility may be configured with up to 67 welding bays to complete processes that include GMAW, MMAW, GTAW and FCAW. Pressure pipe bays are fitted with pipe rotators for the efficient fabrication of vessels and pressure pipelines. Two 5 tonne cranes cover the entire fabrication area to enable safe and efficient manufacture. The machining area includes a shear punch, milling machine and lathe. Non-destructive testing is undertaken in a dedicated safe area.
Technical & Field Sercices Clients are seeking to increase gas well production and to optimise assets, especially in times of global economic challenges. Services that our consulting team provide include: - Well planning and design - with an emphasis on gas production. - Application of proven operational methodologies to bring coal seam gas wells into production optimising both gas and water production. - Support and systems for reporting in accordance with NGER. Our field services include the construction, installation and maintenance of plant. We understand clients are seeking to optimise wells with an aim to maximise gas production and reduce operational expenditure.
Refurbishment Our refurbishment services make perfect commercial sense. We undertake on-site and factory refurbishment of plant and equipment. This may include the rebuilding/overhaul of PC pump drive-heads, surface transfer pumps, valves, electric motors, electrical enclosures, switchboards, E&I recalibration, PSV calibration, servicing of back pressure regulators, valves and undertaking non- destructive testing.

Arrow Energy Daandine (2015) Low point drains - assemble, fabricate and test. Tanks with solar skids - E&I transfer pumps and piping.
Origin Energy (2013 - 2015) Design, fabricate, assembly, install and commission Wellhead Equipment Package. - Separator - Metering skid - Generator - Flare
Oaky Creek (2004 - Current) Since 2012 the scope has been the supply of complete wellhead skid packages with ongoing technical support . Our standard wellhead metering and optimisation skid (ProSkid). Prior to the ProSkid, the client was assembling grouped electrical control systems and individual wellhead metering packages at each well.
Anglo Coal Pty Ltd (2014 - Current) Engineering – basis of design, detailed design, risk assessments, fabrication, E&I, installation and training of operators. The project required gas drainage from GOAF and UIS to ensure safe methane levels.
Tlou Energy Limited (2018) Engineering basis of design, detailed design, risk assessments. Fabrication, assembly, testing and installation in Botswana, South Africa for Vertical Production Well Packages.
Energy Development Limited (2019-2020) Complete design, supply, fabricate, manufacture and install of a Compression + post compression gas cooling skids package to be installed at Grosvenor Power Station.
BM Alliance Broadmeadow (2018-2019) Complete design, supply, fabricate, manufacture and install full turn-key package in accordance with the contract and project schedule. - 5 x 1500 L/s Blowers - 2 x Manifolds - 2 x Flares with each flare capable of handling all the capacity from all the Blowers simultaneously. - 2 x Utilities skids (air compressor, condensate pump and gas conditioning) - Gas supplied via GOAF holes through the 5 x GOAF skids - 1 x 1000 kW generator (sized to enable entire system to run using single generator with backup) - 30,000 L Bunded diesel tank with remote level indication
