We need a Senior Project Manger to lead the state office in Sydney. This is a unique opportunity to bring together and develop a team of creative and technically skilled industry professionals. Your team will provide a unique integrated design and implementation service to some of most recognised and successful retail, commercial and construction companies across the country.
The ideal candidate would;
Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager/Team Leader within the signage, construction, fit out of similar industry.
Have experience managing a team of managers or coordinators, or be in a position to step into a team management role.
Have experience in preparing and monitoring internal financial and operation reports.
Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage client and contractor relationships.
Have excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage a number of complex projects at once.
Have an understanding of current OH&S regulations within the construction industry.
Have a good understanding of modern manufacturing methodology and understand opportunities for increasing efficiency and lowering cost through innovation.
Have a strong understanding of the materials used in signage manufacturing and construction.
Have an ability to read and understand detailed construction drawings.
