Join a small commercial fit out company looking to grow their client network between Sydney and Newcastle as their Business Development Manager. opportunity for you to use your strong relationship building skills and commercial acumen to support the development of their commercial construction profile across NSW.

Day to day you'll be focused on securing and obtaining new leads with clients. creating relationships with developers and other stakeholders to ensure they see the full value of working with this commercial fit out company. With your strategic approach you'll oversee projects from start to finish, continually liaising with key internal and external contracts to influence and guide while keeping across the sales pipeline 6-12 months in advanced.

Relationships play a big part in this role, so you'll need to have strong influencing skills and the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders to excel. With your calm and strategic approach, you’ll have an adaptable nature and will be able to delegate and coordinate activity for others. Strong time management and excellent communication skills are also crucial to ensure success. Other key skills and experience include:

A network within developer contracts, 

Experience working with a new company and building client base

Proven experience in a similar role selling large volumes to commercial construction.

Working with a long-term sales pipeline.
