Our client has been providing quality modular building solutions throughout Australia since the 60's are seeking to hire a business development manager for their Perth Business.

Headquartered in Brisbane, Queensland, the business has nine sales offices; as well as manufacturing facilities in Brisbane in Queensland; Melbourne, Victoria; and in Perth, Western Australia.

My client has been involved with many major projects in Australia that has cemented their position as the leading modular construction provider.

Areas that the business currently operate in are:-

• Commercial sector.

In this role you will have responsibility for:-

• Develop existing clients as well as new

• Use you connections within the mining/construction industry to network

• With the excellent growth prospects on offer in the modular pod construction market, this role will primarily be focused on the acquisition of new business. My client is open to a variety of backgrounds, however some of the core competencies in the successful candidate will be as follows:

• Experience of product sales into the construction market.

• Project Management experience and understanding of timeframes and logistical issues desirable but not essential.

• Strong track record of taking a product to market and driving sales growth.

• Outstanding presentation and experience in dealing with high level stakeholders

• Ability to think laterally and identify growth opportunities.
